11/10! I wouldn't go anywhere else but BRIS!

Mike converted our heating system from a tank storage system to a combi boiler, replaced several radiators and installed additional radiators where we didn't have them before. He also upgraded our gas pipe supply to the house.
From first contact, Mike was extremely professional, knowledgable and very conscientious. He came when he said he would, responded promptly and did a great job! The work was carried out to a high standard and he even tidied up after himself! An independent gas network engineer who visited our property even commented on how well the boiler was installed!
Mike goes above and beyond and carries out the work like he is doing it for his own family! On one day he and his team even worked late to ensure we were not a night without hot water with our young daughter. This was despite him alerting us at the start of the job that they would need to leave the hot water off for a night.
And all this provided at excellent value!

Absolute Legend

I cannot recommend BRIS enough! When my boiler took a turn for the worst on Sunday Michael came out to me and spent more time on a Sunday seeing what could be done short term but to no avail as all indications were that it was the main heat exchanger block not allowing water to circulate. As this is a really expensive item Michael advised me to not purchase the heat exchanger block through him and he would call Worcester Bosch on my behalf on the Monday to try and negotiate a service/warranty call. Lo and behold he did it and arranged a service call with them for the next day even though I didn’t know if my boiler was under warranty! I now have a brand-new heat exchanger block at no cost to me and my heating and hot water is like it was when first installed. Michael is a true honest professional, is conscientious and takes his work and his customer service really serious. You won't go wrong with BRIS!

Words can't express our gratefulness

I have no hesitate to give the team a 5-star. My old boiler broke during the coldest days of the year in the country. The team showed up immediately on a Sunday, and arranged the soonest possible date to install the new boiler. In order to finish the work, they have to stay till very late just to ensure we have heating in a very cold evening. Their commitment to put customer first and their empathy to us brought the warmth in a very cold winter evening. can't express enough gratefulness with our words.
